How does PHBench predict Series A funding?
Every featured Product Hunt launch is scored by the PHBench champion model, an ensemble trained on 67,292 launches from 2019 to 2025 and 528 verified Series A raises. It estimates the chance a launch raises a Series A within 18 months from launch-day signals: engagement, the team, the topics and timing.
What does my rank mean?
Your position among all featured launches PHBench scored that week, ordered by Series A probability. It is the same ranking shown on the weekly predictions page.
What is lift?
Your predicted Series A probability divided by the base rate: only 0.78% of featured launches raise a Series A within 18 months. A lift of 20x means the model rates your launch 20 times as likely as an average launch.
Why is my launch not ranked?
PHBench scores featured launches from May 2026 onward, and each week is scored after it ends, on Sunday. Launches that were not featured, that launched earlier, or that launched this week will not have a rank yet.
Is a high rank a guarantee of funding?
No. Even the top-ranked launches mostly do not raise a Series A within 18 months. The model is useful for ranking (on held-out launches it scores 4.7x lift over random), not as a promise for any single company.
